Recorded in Alleyway studios in Byron bay, we tried to keep the versus stripped back to emphasise the big chorus. "Treadmill' is an ode to being stuck in the way/routine you are in. Being unable to change, even though you may want to deep down, you can't get off the treadmill that you are on, day to day, week to week..
